Abby's Birthday Party May 30th

Abby skipped her nap on the day of her birthday party and Grammy almost put her to sleep by rubbing her back a half hour before the party began!

Abby's good friend Jaycoby and his Mommy Mindy. Mindy has babysat Abby a few days a week for the past 2 years. She was expecting a baby girl, Ella, in a few weeks.

We played pin the Doggy on Abby.

We also played Abby-0 Bingo with pictures of Abby's favorite things. I was glad that my friend Nicole and her husband could come to the party!!

Cheryl and Mackenzie came with Macey. Macey is Cheryl's niece and Macey's mom Mary Anne also babysat Abby this last year.

Monche and Esperanza got to come to the party too! Their mom Natalie watches Abby at the gym and is also a friend of mine.

Time to blow out the candles!

Abby's Birthday Party with Uncle Dave

Uncle Dave knew he would be out of town for Abby's birthday and birthday party so he came a few days before for his own little party with her.

He got her a container of alphabet cookies and a Winnie the Pooh balloon!!

They enjoyed reading her favorite book, The Eight Little Monkeys.

He bought a little cake and a 2 candle. It was great!! I love her expressions in these pictures.

Uncle Dave got her a Leap Frog alphabet toy that goes on the fridge. Thank you Uncle Dave for such a special party!!

Cape Meares Lighthouse

We saw the road sign for this by accident and decided to check it out.

They had a nice gift shop and we got Abby a book and my mom a lighthouse wind chime.

We thought this was pretty cool.

Couples Retreat at the Beach and The Cheese Factory

My mom watched Abby while we went to Newport for two nights with our church. She brought Abby to us on Sunday. Thank you Grammy!!

We decided to go to the Tillamook Cheese Factory. We thought it was cool that the name of the ship was Morning Star because that is the name of our church.

Too cute!!

Mother's Day 2010

Mother's Day morning I got my silver necklace that says Abigail on it. I know Abby looks funny, kind of comatose. :)

For lunch we had BBQ'd salmon at my brother's house. I don't really like fish but this salmon is sooooooo good! It is my mom's favorite fish.

Abby had to have a chair for her feet like Mommy.

My mom got me a wok! We love making chicken stir fry!

Abby was very helpful. :)

Kelly and Amy gave Gay her Mother's Day gift at Abby's birthday. We weren't able to be together on Mother's Day so we all gave her our gifts later. We gave her a hanging fuchsia basket and a hand print of Abby a week or so after Mother's Day.
