 Abby and I ran a 5k at Minto Brown Park. 

 Over a year later and my kitchen cupboards are finally finished!! Thank you to all the people who made it possible and offered encouragement.  I vow to never take on another home improvement project without a professional!!

 We love you Grandpa Gordon. 

 My Dad's brother Gary and my Aunt Mary were here for a few days.  It was great to see them!

August 2016 Highlights

 Our annual camping out in Bend for the swim meet! 

Lots of work but lots of fun when I look back on it!

 Awesome pictures thanks to another swim parent!

 These two pictures show Owen's happy places.  :)

 On Saturday after the meet they open the recreational pool up to all the swimmers and their families. 

 2nd year doing the High Street Hustle! Last year for Abby to do the kids fun run.  Next year since she will be 9 she will do the 5k with me. 

 My loves got me flowers from the Salem Saturday market.

 We had a gorgeous day at the beach!! Such a fun day!!

 We had never had a fire on the beach as a family and we finally made it happen!

 Owen accidently swallowed a penny and a nickel.  Luckily they passed in just a few days.

 My Mom's long time friend Jeanne's daughter Kate and her hubby Allen and their girls Ava and Emma came to visit for the afternoon.  We had a great time!

There were some years where Kate and I were like sisters.  Memories I will always treasure.
