Meeting Jack!

My friend Lisa and her family were in town from Gresham a couple weeks ago at her parents' house. We hadn't gotten to meet her son Jack yet and he had just turned one! Abby totally loved him! They ended up getting along really well and we had a lot of fun!! It was fun to see Allie too! She is getting so grown up! Dan stayed home and worked on his school assignments so we will have to hang out again so he can meet Jack too.

Such a Big Girl!

I can't believe how my baby is growing up! She enjoys "washing" dishes with me at the sink. She is also sitting at the table like a big girl. She loves grapes and can put back 10-15 of them at a time! She is also pretty good at drawing with a pad and pencil. I think she got a lot of practice in the back seat with Grammy on our road trip to Kansas this summer.

Abby's got mail! A Halloween Card from Grammy

Abby enjoys getting a card in the mail from Grammy on holidays. She is pretty good at opening them by herself now and "reading" them. She usually gets a $5 bill and she puts it in her piggy bank. It is hard though because sometimes she wants it back!

Uncle Dave's Artistic Work

Uncle Dave didn't have enough computers to work on the other day and he decided to give Abby a makeover! Silly Uncle Dave! She is pretty darn cute even with glasses and a mustache!

Grammy's Birthday Part 2

After the pumpkin patch we had cheesecake for Grammy's birthday. Uncle Dave came over too! Abby signed Grammy's card all by herself and helped wrap her Mariners mug and teddy bear. They were souvenirs since Grammy wasn't able to go to the baseball game. Happy Birthday Grammy!!

The Pumpkin Patch

We went to Setniker Farms in Independence. The weather was perfect, very warm for October. We had Grammy and Grandma with us! Abby enjoyed the slides and the "corn"box. She loved being in the wheelbarrow. We climbed the hay pyramid and went through the hay maze. Abby also drove the tractor! Fun times!

Grammy's Birthday

We met at Red Robin on my Mom's birthday as well. Always a good excuse for yummy food! My Uncle Tom and my brother were there too. Abby liked it when the waiters sang to Grammy and to the other birthday people too. She also really went to town on her hamburger! And of course for dessert Grammy shared her ice cream. :)
