April in Pictures

Sister fun and Emma Lou Lou running...

Story time after bath with Daddy.
Looking at big sissy outside exploring in the sunshine.
Happy Easter 2012!  He is Risen!
 Easter baskets at home.

 Easter egg hunt for Abby!

Abby hid eggs for Emma to find.

After church we went to Grammy's house for lunch.  Uncle Dave was there of course!
Emma likes to walk around with two fists full of crayons.  This unfortunately leads to random colorful marks all over Grammy's walls!  We need to find something else for her to hold...
Yummy pot roast dinner by Grammy.
The girls gave Ben some TLC.  Emma can say "doggy" now and loves to pet dogs.
 I love Grammy!
Easter egg hunt #2!  This time with real eggs that they decorated themselves with Grammy.

Easter bag goodies...
Later Grandma, Uncle Kelly, Aunt Amy and Arden came over for dessert.
 Easter baskets!

 Cousins!

Abby and her big girl bike!
Emma got the Dora mobile.  :)
Emma sits here in the morning while I get ready.
We enjoyed an afternoon at the park while Daddy finished up his thesis.
 Whoaaa!

We drove to the park but I rode around a bit with the girls in the bike trailer.  It got a little cold so they got all bundled up.
 Yogurt!
 Silly girls!

I was organizing the girls' clothes and shoes and Emma wanted Dan to put two different shoes on for her.  When you add only a diaper and her texting on an old cell phone it makes for a pretty cute picture.  And of course that cute little face!

I am not sure what Abby was up to here.

 More silly girls...

My mom and I and the girls did the Walk for MS.  We walked for another friend but Marsha also suffers from MS so she came to enjoy a picnic afterwards.

After the walk we met up with Alison and Josie and Lainy.  We took a few rides on the carousel.
We met up with Grandma, Kelly, Amy and Arden again for Grandma's birthday.  We went to Foster Burger in Portland.

Afterwards we went to Bridgeport Village shopping center and had gelato.  I don't think I have ever had it before but it was very good.  They have a little playground there and they give out free balloons so it made for a nice after dinner treat.

Just hanging out at home...

 Happy Birthday Grandma!

 Peek-a-boo!
 I see you!

Abby still loves her Thursday evening swimming lessons.  She has had Sam (one of Dan's swimmers at the high school) as a teacher the last few weeks and she says "I have a boy teacher mom!".

Emma and I try to go in for a bit when Abby's lesson is over.
The AG (agriculture) Fest with Alison, Josie and Lainy.
Waiting to go on a horse and trailer ride.

They have the red barn ice cream like they do at the fair.  So yummy!!!
