Heading to the airport! We are on our way!!
Our friend Nick (one of Dan's former swimmers) was kind enough to drive us to and pick us up from the airport. My mom's friend Laura was able to drive her van home.
Goodbye USA! See you in a few weeks!
Owen loved all the people movers and escalators on our trip.
Our travel agent thought we were pretty ambitious taking 6 kids to Europe and moving about as a group of 11!
Owen is fascinated by airplanes (and cars, trucks, helicopters, trains, basically anything with wheels!) and the kids had never flown so he loved seeing them up close!
Each person had their own TV screen and access to movies, TV shows and games.
We had a layover in Amsterdam. We had been awake for over 24 hours at this point. Owen took a little snooze on me.
